Searching for real help, I found little that truly supported me.

So, I began my own healing journey—traveling to India and various other countries, learning from many mentors, teachers and energy workers.

I tested every method, tool and strategy —and over time, I began to heal.

Now, I guide others through the same transformation—helping them move from stress, overwhelm, and anxiety to a life filled with ease and calm.

When your nervous system is regulated and your body feels safe, it becomes easier to make empowered choices, leave toxic situations, and reach for dreams you once thought were impossible.

With over 20 years of experience and certifications as a relaxation trainer, yoga teacher, nutritionist, and health coach—

and years of experience in energy work—

I realized something was still missing. So nearly a decade ago, I discovered mindset coaching as the missing link.

Becoming a certified mindset and strategic intervention coach completed the picture, allowing me to offer my clients a truly well-rounded approach with all the tools they need for LASTING CHANGE.
